Welcome to the start of healing and wellness
Krystle Himmelberger
Krystle has a heart for helping others and firmly believes in the power of connection, trust, and therapeutic alliance between therapist and client. This is where she derived the name Kindred Hearts.
Krystle is an alumni of University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance. She is seeking a doctoral degree at St. Mary's University for Counseling and Supervision with hopes to become a professor in the future.
She has worked as a licensed therapist for over 7 years, providing individual and group counseling, with adults and children.
She provides a holistic approach to therapy by alleviating symptoms from post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD; while also increasing a sense of wellbeing, purpose, hope, self-love, forgiveness, acceptance, and peace.
She is honored with her works in providing services to youth at an inpatient treatment facility, a non-profit children's shelter, and emergency humanitarian efforts when needed. She has worked in group and private practice for over 3 years. Krystle enjoys public speaking and has presented at conferences and events.
When Krystle is not immersed in the heart of others, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exercising, eating good food, or laughing with her friends.
